Kingsway House Meeting Room Pictures
On this page you will find photos of the meeting rooms and communal spaces currently available (we do not include rooms that are currently used as serviced offices).
The purpose of these photos is to give you an idea of the room sizes and layouts when discussing your requirements with our booking team. We do not guarantee that all rooms will be available on your chosen day, and it may be that room furnishings may have changed slightly from when the photos were taken. If you have specific needs please let us know when booking so that we can make sure you have a perfect stay at Kingsway House!
Room 1 (Band A)
This is a Band A room located on the 1st floor at the rear of the building. It is comfortable for 16 people as shown, or 20+ in theatre layout.
Room 2 (Band C)
This is a Band C room located on the 1st floor of the building. It is comfortable for 6 people with room to spread out, or 8 for short meetings.
Room 3 (Band A)
This is a Band A room located on the 1st floor at the front of the building. It is comfortable for up to 26 people as shown, or a similar number in theatre layout.
Room 5 (Band D)
This is a Band D room located on the 2nd floor at the front of the building. It is comfortable for 4 people with room to spread out or 6 for a short meeting.
Room 7 (Band D)
This is a Band D room located on the 2nd floor at the front of the building. It is comfortable for 4 people with room to spread out or 6 for a short meeting.
Room 8 (Band C)
This is a Band C room located on the 2nd floor at the rear of the building. It is comfortable for 6 people with room to spread out, or 8 for short meetings.
Room 16 (Hot Desking)
This is our hot desking room on the ground floor by reception. It is available as individual desks in a shared office or some companies like to book out the whole room for business coworking (5 desks charged).
Room 17 (Band D)
This is a Band D room located on the ground floor at the front of the building. It is currently set up for consultations for 2-3 people with an additional desk. It’s ideal if you are interviewing or similar uses.
Room 19 (Band C)
This is a Band C room located on the ground floor at the rear of the building. It is comfortable for 6 people with room to spread out, or 8 for short meetings. This room is suitable for people with mobility issues.
Communal Drinks Area
This is our drinks area on the ground floor where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, chocolate, water and squash. Cold cans and chocolate bars are available for £1 each. You are welcome to take drinks to your meeting room.
Business Lounge
This is our business lounge where you can catch up on emails or have 121 meetings with colleagues or clients in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. It is included with all meeting room and serviced office bookings.
Library
So named as it used to be the school library packed with books on all 4 walls, this is now a coworking space on the 1st floor that links our 2 buildings together. It is available to all Kingsway House clients.
